To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, the future quest and the neightbours. We kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules during your stay:

Turn off A/C and lights when leaving the property

No wipes or sanitary products in the toilet

Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM

Please do not leave dirty dishes

Use the appropriate waste bins provided

Smoking is not allowed indoors — only in designated outdoor areas - smoking inside may lead to extra charges!

Pets must be approved in advance and follow house guidelines

Please inform us of any breakages or issues

A pool technician may visit; we'll inform you in advance

Eco tax of €0.50 per person per night is collected on arrival
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome by prior agreement. They must stay off beds and sofas, are not allowed in the pool, and owners must clean up before departure. If extra cleaning is needed, a charge may be applied.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival
50% charge for cancellations up to 1 week before arrival
Full charge for cancellations made within the final week
