What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-out is between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM. If you need flexibility, feel free to ask—we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book directly or only through platforms?
You can book directly with us or through trusted platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. Booking direct may save on platform fees and gives you a more personal service.
What is the minimum stay at Haven Farmhouse?
- Relaxed Season: The minimum stay is 2 nights.
- Popular Season: The minimum stay is 3 nights.
- Peak Season: The minimum stay is 5 nights.
Is the property pet-friendly?
Yes, well-behaved and house-trained dogs are welcome by prior agreement. Please contact Claire before booking to confirm.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Haven Farmhouse is a non-smoking property indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Do you provide baby cots or high chairs?
Yes, baby equipment is available on request. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare for your arrival.
Is the pool private?
Yes! You'll enjoy full, private use of the pool and outdoor terrace during your stay.
Can you help us arrange transportation or activities?
Absolutely! We can assist with car, scooter, quad, bike, buggy, or jetski rentals, and even arrange tours or excursions around Gozo and Comino.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the farmhouse.
How do we order food or groceries?

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival
50% charge up to 1 week before arrival
