This iconic scene appeared in Season 1 of Game of Thrones, when Daenerys Targaryen marries Khal Drogo in a traditional Dothraki ceremony. The rugged, sun-bleached landscape of Gozo perfectly captured the wild and untamed feel of the Dothraki world.

About the Azure Window 

The scene was filmed at the legendary Azure Window in Dwejra, a natural limestone arch that stood for centuries before collapsing during a storm in 2017. Despite its loss, the area remains one of Gozo's most breathtaking coastal spots.
